Privacy & Data Use

SuperAging.AI (“we,” “us,” or “the platform”) operates a daily health and longevity platform that pairs a structured coaching program with monthly Life Statement reports. This Privacy & Data Use page applies to anyone who visits superaging.ai, requests information through our intake form, or signs up as a Partner.

• To respond to inquiries you send through the intake form.
• To run the partner program: deliver coaching, generate your monthly Life Statement, and email you when it is ready.
• To improve the product in aggregate. Any analysis used to improve the platform is performed on de-identified or aggregated data wherever practical.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your health data to train third-party AI models.

We use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers to run the platform. They process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to keep it confidential and secure:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database (D1), object storage (R2), AI inference (Workers AI), and durable workflow execution.
• Clerk — user authentication and session management.
• Postmark — transactional email (intake confirmations, Life Statement ready notifications).

We will only add new processors that meet the same confidentiality and security bar, and we will update this page when we do.

• Intake submissions are kept for as long as we’re actively in conversation with you, plus a reasonable follow-up window.
• Partner account data, wearable history, and Life Statements are retained for the lifetime of your account so you can see your trend over time.
• Service logs are kept for a short rolling window to support security and debugging.
• If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our production systems promptly. Backups roll off on their normal cycle (typically within 30–90 days).

• Access & export: you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: you can ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account and all data associated with it.
• Withdraw consent: you can disconnect any wearable or third-party integration at any time; we’ll stop ingesting new data immediately.
• Marketing email: we don’t run marketing sequences. The only emails we send are operational (replies to your inquiry, account notices, and your Life Statement).

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@superaging.ai. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe and, where required by law, within the statutory window.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for stored data, scoped access controls for our team, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you in line with applicable law.

SuperAging.AI is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our infrastructure is delivered through a global edge network (Cloudflare) and supporting providers based in the United States. By using the platform you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on standard contractual safeguards with our processors where required.

We will update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes that affect your rights, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, an email or in-app notice) before the change takes effect.
