Terms of Service

By accessing or using SuperAging.AI (“Services”), operated by Got-Data Inc., a New Jersey corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Got-Data Inc. d/b/a SuperAging.AI (“we,” “our,” “us”).

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@superaging.ai
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

SUPERAGING.AI IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, MEDICAL SERVICE, OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. The Services provide general wellness, longevity, and cognitive optimization information for educational and informational purposes only.

• Content and recommendations are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• The Services are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider
• ALWAYS consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, supplement regimen, dietary change, fasting protocol, or modifying any treatment
• NEVER disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or learn through the Services
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately
• We make no guarantees regarding health outcomes, longevity, cognitive performance, or any other results

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate insights and recommendations. AI-generated content:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any health, medical, or financial decision
• Does not establish a doctor-patient or professional relationship of any kind
• Is provided “as-is” without warranties

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without written permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission

• Certain features require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

• All content, features, and functionality of the Services (including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models) are owned by SuperAging.AI or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use
• “SuperAging.AI” and related logos are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”)
• You grant SuperAging.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services
• You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license
• We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, remove, or edit User Content

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (Fitbit, Apple Health, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY HEALTH, FITNESS, COGNITIVE, OR LONGEVITY OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERAGING.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperAging.AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any health-related decision you make based on the Services.

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by emailing support@superaging.ai
• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17) shall survive

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal resolution first: Contact us at legal@superaging.ai; we will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 60 days
• Binding arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Mercer County, New Jersey
• Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only; class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted
• Exception: Either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations
• Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@superaging.ai with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out”

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperAging.AI
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
• Notices: Notices to you may be sent via email or in-app; notices to us must be sent to legal@superaging.ai
