Getting Started
What is SuperAging.AI?
A monthly Life Statement for the whole you — sleep, heart, brain, body, curiosity, and connection — plus an AI Coach grounded in your actual numbers, not generic advice.
Who is it for?
Adults who want to age on purpose. Most of our early members are between 45 and 65, but the product works at any stage where you're ready to look at your own data and act on it.
What do I need to sign up?
An email, a wearable that connects through Google Health Connect (Fitbit, Pixel Watch, Wear OS for now), and a recent lab panel from Labcorp. Everything else is optional.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes for the wearable, another two for Labcorp, and a five-minute intake form. You can finish onboarding in under ten.
What do I see right after I sign up?
Your Starter Statement — generated on the spot from the last 30 days of your wearable history, your most recent Labcorp results, and your intake. You see the Life Statement format from day one.
When does my first official monthly Statement arrive?
On the first of the next month, or 30 days after signup — whichever comes first. After that, every month on the 1st.
Do I need an iPhone or Android?
Either. The web app works on both. Native iOS and Android apps follow our Apple Health launch.
Is there a free version?
Yes — a 60-day free trial of full Premium. Card on file at signup; nothing is charged until day 61, and you can cancel any time before then.
Privacy, Security, and Your Data
Will you ever sell my data?
No. Never. It's a founding commitment, not a policy we can change later.
Where is my data stored?
Encrypted at rest in U.S. data centers, encrypted in transit, and accessible only by you and the systems that produce your Statement and Coach replies.
Is SuperAging HIPAA-aligned?
We follow HIPAA-aligned practices for protected health information. We are not a covered entity ourselves, but we treat your data as if we were one.
Who can see my data inside the company?
Engineering staff have audited, logged access only when troubleshooting a specific support ticket you've opened. No marketing, sales, or research team ever sees identifiable data.
Do you share data with insurers, employers, or advertisers?
No. Not now, not later.
What about anonymized or aggregated data?
We do not currently share any data, anonymized or otherwise, with outside parties. If that ever changes, it will be opt-in and explicit.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes — at any time. Account deletion removes your data within 30 days. We'll email a confirmation when the deletion is complete.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download all of your Life Statements as PDFs, and your underlying raw data as JSON or CSV, at any time.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your data is used to generate your Statements and Coach replies. It is not used to train any model.
Where can I read your full privacy policy?
At superaging.ai/legal/privacy. Plain language, no dark patterns.
Pricing, Trial, Billing
How much does it cost?
See superaging.ai/pricing for current plans. Premium is what's covered by the 60-day free trial.
Why do you ask for a card upfront?
So the trial converts seamlessly if you want to keep it — and so we keep out bot signups that would crowd our waitlist.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, one click, no phone call, no email back-and-forth. Cancel before day 61 and your card is never charged.
What happens to my data if I cancel during the trial?
Your Statements remain available for export for 60 days after cancellation. After that, the account and data are deleted.
Do you offer family or household plans?
Not yet. It's on the roadmap.
Are there annual discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves the equivalent of two months. See pricing for current numbers.
The Life Statement
What is the Life Statement?
A one-page monthly snapshot of your health, modeled on a financial statement. One score on top, six pillar breakdowns, a Coach summary, and trend arrows for every metric.
How is the headline score calculated?
It's a weighted composite of your six pillars, normalized against your own baseline — never against a stranger's. The math is published in our methodology paper at superaging.ai/methodology.
What are the six pillars?
Cardiovascular, Sleep & Recovery, Strength & Movement, Cognition, Curiosity & Learning, and Joy & Connection.
Is the Statement a medical document?
No. It's a synthesis of your own data, written in plain language. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical care.
Can I share my Statement with my doctor?
Yes. The PDF is built for printing and sized to fit a single page in any medical chart.
How are trends calculated?
Each metric is compared to your trailing 3-month average and your year-over-year baseline. Arrows reflect significant moves, not noise.
Can I customize what's on my Statement?
Currently the format is standard. You can prioritize pillars that matter most to you, and the Coach's narrative section adapts to your goals.
What if I miss a month of data?
The Statement still ships, with the affected pillar marked "incomplete." Your composite score isn't penalized for gaps you didn't choose.
The AI Coach
What is the AI Coach?
A conversational coach built on Anthropic's Claude, grounded in your actual Life Statement data and your goals. Not a generic chatbot.
Is the Coach a doctor?
No. The Coach is not a clinician and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It helps you understand your data and plan habits.
How is the Coach different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT doesn't know your numbers. The Coach reads every line of your Statement, remembers last month's, and tracks the plans you've agreed to.
Will it remember our conversations?
Yes. The Coach has persistent memory of your Statements, your goals, and prior conversations. You can review or edit what it remembers at any time.
Can the Coach recommend supplements or medications?
The Coach can discuss research and trade-offs but will not prescribe. For any meaningful change, it will defer to your physician.
How honest is it?
Honest. The Coach is built to deliver real talk — including when your trend is sideways or down. It won't flatter you into staying.
Can I turn the Coach off?
Yes — the Statement is fully usable without ever opening a Coach conversation. Many members use the Coach only once a month, after their Statement lands.
Gauge
What is Gauge?
Gauge lets you ask plain-English questions of your own wearable, Health Hub, and bloodwork history — things like supplements, habits, recovery, or a rough patch on the calendar — and get back a concise read anchored in graphs, not spreadsheets. Learn more at superaging.ai/gauge.
What's the difference between the AI Coach and Gauge?
The AI Coach is a long-running conversational partner for goals, accountability, habits, and follow-up dialogue — grounded in your Life Statement month to month.
Gauge is built for sharper, data-first questions where you want a structured answer backed by visuals and cohort context: you ask once, you get probabilities and comparisons, then you decide what (if anything) to take back to your Coach conversation or your physician.
What kinds of questions can I ask Gauge?
Gauge works best when the question touches metrics we already ingest — sleep stages, cardio load, resting heart rate and HRV, lab panels, adherence windows, recovery trends, supplement starts and stops — phrased the way you'd text a clinician friend. Experimental one-off anecdotes with no overlapping data will still get an honest "we can't infer that yet."
Gauge comparisons sound personal. How anonymous is cohort matching?
Gauge only matches you to anonymized, aggregated cohorts when you explicitly opt in, and cohort cells are guarded by minimum-sample thresholds. Nobody in the cohort sees your trajectory, you don't see individual members, and the output is probabilistic framing — ranges and responder mixes — not a verdict on who you personally are.
Is Gauge diagnosing or prescribing?
No — same boundary as elsewhere in SuperAging. Gauge helps you quantify patterns across your data set and cohorts you permit; it's not FDA-cleared, not a clinician, not a pharmacist. Meaningful supplements, meds, or training shifts still belong between you and your healthcare team.
Wearable Integrations
Which wearables work today?
Fitbit, Pixel Watch, and most Wear OS devices, via Google Health Connect.
What about Apple Watch?
Apple Health support targets Q3 2026. We launched on Google Health Connect first because it's the broadest open standard.
What about Oura Ring?
Target Q4 2026.
Whoop and Garmin?
Target Q4 2026.
Why Google Health Connect first?
It's a single integration point for Fitbit, Pixel, Samsung Health, and the Wear OS ecosystem — the broadest reach for the smallest engineering surface. Apple Health is a separate stack with its own constraints.
What metrics do you pull from a wearable?
Resting heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, sleep duration, steps, training load, VO2 max estimates, and skin temperature where available.
What if my wearable measures things you don't yet track?
Anything Health Connect exposes, we can ingest. Tell us what's missing and we'll prioritize it.
Can I use more than one wearable?
Yes. We deduplicate overlapping metrics and surface the most reliable source for each.
Labs (Labcorp and beyond)
Why Labcorp first?
The largest U.S. clinical lab network, with a stable patient portal API. Quest and others follow.
What lab values do you read?
Standard lipid panel, comprehensive metabolic panel, A1C, complete blood count, thyroid, and any other values your physician ordered.
Do I need a doctor's order?
Yes. SuperAging does not order labs. We read what your physician has already drawn.
What if I use Quest, Function Health, or Boston Heart?
Quest support is in development. For others, you can upload PDFs and we'll parse them — accuracy varies by lab format.
How often should I draw labs?
That's a conversation with your physician. Most longevity-minded members draw every 6 to 12 months.
Kindle and Amazon Data Export
You read my Kindle data — how does that work?
You request your Amazon Data Export from amazon.com/hz/privacy-central/data-requests. Amazon emails you a zip file. You upload that zip to SuperAging and we extract the reading signals only — never your purchase or financial history.
What exactly do you pull from the Amazon export?
Books in your library (owned and Kindle Unlimited borrows), reading-session logs with timestamps and durations, page turns, reading streaks and badges, app and device usage time, and your highlights and notes.
Why do you want my reading data?
Curiosity & Learning is one of the six pillars. Reading volume, variety, depth (highlights per book), and consistency are some of the strongest signals of long-term cognitive engagement we have.
Do you read the content of my books?
No. We never store the text of any book you've read. We log titles, authors, genres, and the engagement signals — not pages.
What about my highlights and notes?
Highlights are stored as private metadata so the Coach can reference what you found interesting without quoting the original text. You can opt out of highlight ingestion entirely.
What about library e-books or paper books?
Library e-book reading via Libby/OverDrive isn't yet supported. Paper books can be added manually through the Curiosity Log — author, title, date finished, and a quick note.
Does Kindle Unlimited count differently than owned books?
No. A read is a read. We track engagement, not money spent on books.
How often should I upload my Amazon export?
Once a quarter is plenty. Amazon refreshes the export on demand, and your reading trends move at quarter speed, not day speed.
The full Amazon export contains a lot of unrelated data. Is that safe?
Our uploader extracts only the Kindle-related subfolders and discards the rest before anything is stored on our servers. You can verify exactly what was extracted in the upload log inside your account.
What if Amazon changes the export format?
We track Amazon's export schema and update the parser. If a format change breaks ingestion, we'll email you with instructions and pause that pillar from your Statement until it's resolved.
Reading and Curiosity
What if I don't read Kindle books?
The Curiosity Log accepts paper books, audiobooks (via Audible export), courses, podcasts, and skills picked up — anything that exercises your curiosity.
How do you measure "curiosity"?
Volume, variety (genres, formats, topics), depth (highlights and reflections), and consistency over time. The Statement shows each separately so you see what's driving the number.
Are streaks gamified?
Lightly. We surface streaks in the Statement because they predict long-term adherence, not because we want to manufacture FOMO.
Does fiction count the same as non-fiction?
Yes. Both stretch the brain. The Coach can show you the mix in your Statement narrative if you want to see it.
Can I log podcasts and courses?
Yes. Manual entry or import from supported platforms (Coursera, edX, MasterClass, and Pocket Casts in beta).
Will you ever sell my reading history?
No.
Brain Training and Cognition
What brain-training platforms do you support?
BrainHQ today. Lumosity and Peak are in development. The model is platform-agnostic — we read score progressions, not proprietary content.
What cognitive metrics make it into my Statement?
Reaction time, processing speed, working memory, and the trajectory of those numbers over time. Trend matters more than any single session.
What if my scores plateau?
Plateaus are normal and not a failure. The Coach can suggest harder variants, longer sessions, or rest — depending on the rest of your numbers.
Do you do cognitive testing yourselves?
No. We synthesize scores from platforms designed for it. We don't replace formal neuropsych testing.
How much brain training is enough?
Research suggests 15–20 minutes, 4–5 days a week, sustained over months. Your Statement will tell you how close you're tracking.
What if I think I'm declining cognitively?
Talk to a neurologist or your primary care physician. The Coach can help you frame the conversation with your physician but is not a substitute for clinical evaluation.
Supplements
Can I track my supplements?
Yes. You log what you're taking, doses, and timing. The Statement shows your supplement stack alongside your biometrics so you can see what's correlating with what.
Will you tell me which supplements to take?
No. We don't sell supplements and we don't prescribe them. We help you see whether what you're already taking is showing up in your numbers.
What does "aggregate data impact" mean?
When enough members log the same supplement long enough, we can see whether members who take it show different population-level trends in sleep, HRV, RHR, VO2 max, or cognitive scores — versus members who don't.
Is that the same as proving a supplement works?
No. It's a population correlation, not a clinical trial. We label it as such. The Coach will not present aggregate trends as evidence of personal effect.
Do you partner with supplement brands?
No. Editorial independence is part of the brand promise. We don't take affiliate revenue, sponsorship, or referral fees from supplement companies.
Can I see how supplements correlate with my own numbers?
Yes. Your Statement can show a personal correlation panel for any supplement you've logged consistently for 60+ days.
Which supplements have the most data in your system today?
Creatine, omega-3s, vitamin D, magnesium, and ashwagandha — the most commonly logged. We surface aggregate trends only when sample sizes are large enough to be meaningful.
Will you flag interactions or contraindications?
The Coach can surface common interactions but is not a pharmacist. Any supplement decision should be reviewed with your physician — especially if you're on prescription medication.
Biometrics — VO₂ Max, RHR, HRV, Sleep, Brain Speed
What is VO2 max and why do you track it?
VO2 max is the maximum volume of oxygen your body can use during exercise. It's one of the strongest predictors of longevity in published research. Wearable estimates are imperfect but trend well.
What VO2 max number should I be aiming for?
That depends on your age and sex. Your Statement shows your number, your age-band percentile, and what would move you up one band.
What does RHR tell me?
Resting heart rate is a coarse but reliable signal of cardiovascular fitness and recovery. Lower trends — within normal range — usually mean your training, sleep, and stress load are aligned.
What about HRV?
Heart rate variability reflects autonomic nervous system balance. It's noisy day to day, so we trend it over weeks and surface meaningful changes, not daily wiggles.
What sleep metrics matter most?
Duration, consistency (going to bed at similar times), and the share of deep and REM sleep. Consistency is often the cheapest lever for the biggest improvement.
What's a "good" sleep score?
Different wearables compute it differently, so we normalize across devices and show you the change from your own baseline rather than an absolute target.
What does brain speed progress mean?
Improvements in cognitive-training reaction time and processing speed, tracked over months. The Coach treats it as a slow-moving but powerful trend.
Can these metrics diagnose anything?
No. They are signals, not diagnoses. Out-of-range numbers should be reviewed with a physician.
What if my VO2 max is dropping?
The Coach will flag a sustained decline and walk through the usual suspects — training load, recovery, illness, medication changes. Then it'll suggest a conversation with your physician.
Why does sleep affect every other pillar?
Because sleep is the substrate for cardiovascular recovery, cognitive consolidation, hormonal regulation, and physical training adaptation. When sleep is the problem, fixing it usually fixes three other things at once.
Methodology and Working With Your Doctor
Is SuperAging FDA-cleared?
No. SuperAging is not a medical device. It's a personal data synthesis and coaching product.
Should I show my Statement to my doctor?
Yes — especially if you're working on longevity with your physician. Many of our members bring their Statement to their annual physical.
Will my doctor understand the format?
The Statement uses standard clinical units for lab values, but the composite score and narrative sections are plain-language. Most physicians appreciate seeing trends rather than single data points.
What if my doctor disagrees with what the Coach says?
Defer to your doctor. The Coach is a thinking partner, not a clinician. Bring the disagreement to your next Coach conversation and we'll incorporate the guidance.
Where can I read your methodology?
At superaging.ai/methodology — including scoring weights, normalization approach, and how we handle missing data.
Account and Support
How do I contact support?
support@superaging.ai. We aim to respond within one business day.
Do you have a referral program?
Not at launch. We may add one once we're satisfied that the trust model holds at scale.
How can I follow product updates?
A monthly product letter goes out the same week your Statement does. You're opted in by default and can opt out from any email.
