Accessibility

This site should work for the people we built SuperAging for — including people with disabilities. We’re not done. Tell us when we fall short.

Effective: September 21, 2026 · Last updated: September 21, 2026

TL;DR. We aim to make superaging.ai usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and a range of vision and motor needs. We treat WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the bar we are working toward — a goal and an ongoing effort, not a certification we claim to have in hand. If something blocks you, email us and we will help.

1. Commitment

SuperAging.AI is a product of Got-Data Inc. (680 US Highway 130 #8052, Trenton, NJ 08650). The people we hope to serve include older adults, people managing energy or vision changes, and anyone who uses assistive technology. Accessibility is part of making the product honest — not a badge on a footer.

This statement applies to the public marketing site at https://superaging.ai/. The member product (Life Statement, AI Coach, Gauge) will need the same care as it ships; we will keep this page current as those surfaces mature.

2. Standard we aim for

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That is a target we work toward and measure ourselves against. It is not a claim that the site is fully conformant, audited by a third party, or certified by any accessibility body.

Where we miss AA, we want to know — and we will prioritize fixes that unblock real tasks (reading these pages, joining the waitlist, reaching support).

3. What we try to do on this site

This is a Next.js marketing site with semantic page structure. Reasonable measures already in the design system include:

  • Semantic HTML — headings, landmarks, lists, and links rather than a canvas of unlabeled divs wherever we can help it
  • Document language — pages declare English as the document language so assistive technology can pick a voice and pronunciation
  • Keyboard navigation — primary navigation, footer links, forms, and in-page anchors are meant to be reachable without a mouse
  • Text alternatives — meaningful images and controls get accessible names; decorative marks are hidden from assistive tech where we have marked them as such
  • Color and type — body copy on cream/paper backgrounds is designed for readable contrast; we do not rely on color alone for essential legal meaning
  • Responsive layout — pages reflow for smaller viewports instead of pinning a single desktop canvas
  • Motion restraint — decorative blobs and hover states should not be required to understand the content

We are describing the intent of this codebase, not promising that every marketing illustration already meets every success criterion.

4. Known limitations

We know we are not finished. Examples of where the site can still fall short:

  • Some marketing visuals, sample Life Statement mockups, and illustrative charts may have weaker text alternatives or rely more on sight than we would like
  • Complex product pages (integrations, Coach, Gauge) are denser and more likely to have heading-order or focus-order gaps
  • Third-party or infrastructure layers (fonts, Cloudflare challenge pages if a bot check appears) are not fully in our control
  • A few listed company routes are still thin placeholders; if you land on one, use Contact or email us directly

Continuous improvement is the plan: fix what you report, audit high-traffic templates, and raise the floor as the member product launches.

5. Report a barrier or request help

If you have trouble using this site — a keyboard trap, a contrast problem, a form that will not submit with a screen reader, content you cannot enlarge usefully — please tell us. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology or browser you use if you know it, and what went wrong.

Email accessibility@superaging.ai or support@superaging.ai. Either inbox reaches a person. You can also use the channels on our Contact page.

If you need the same information in another format (plain text, large print, or a reasonable alternative we can produce), ask. We will work with you on a practical option.

6. How we respond

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a few business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern time). We will tell you what we understood, what we can fix on the site, and — if a fix will take longer — how we can help you complete the task in the meantime.

This statement does not create a warranty, a certification, or extra liability beyond our Terms of Service. It is how we intend to operate.
