Informational wellness, not clinical care. Read this before you act on anything we show you.

Effective: September 21, 2026 · Last updated: September 21, 2026

TL;DR. SuperAging.AI is for informational and wellness purposes only. We are not a healthcare provider. The Life Statement, scores, trends, Gauge outputs, and AI Coach are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. They are not a substitute for seeing a qualified clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

1. What SuperAging is — and is not

SuperAging.AI is a product of Got-Data Inc. (680 US Highway 130 #8052, Trenton, NJ 08650). It aggregates health-adjacent data you connect — starting with Google Health Connect, plus labs, logs, and other sources you authorize — and produces a monthly Life Statement and an AI Coach powered by Claude, a large language model from Anthropic.

SuperAging.AI is not:

  • A healthcare provider, clinic, hospital, or medical practice
  • A licensed clinician, dietitian, therapist, pharmacist, or coach of a regulated clinical profession
  • A medical device
  • FDA-cleared, FDA-approved, or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • A substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

This page expands the health information disclaimer in our Terms of Service (§5). If anything here and the Terms appear to conflict, the Terms control.

2. Informational outputs only

Everything SuperAging shows you is informational. That includes, without limitation:

  • Your monthly Life Statement and any PDF or print version of it
  • Headline scores, pillar scores, trend arrows, and narrative summaries
  • Gauge outputs, cohort comparisons, and probability-style illustrations
  • AI Coach conversations, suggestions, experiments, and recaps
  • Sample documents, explainer copy on this website, and educational material

None of that is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription, a dosing instruction, or a clinical interpretation of your labs. The Coach can help you notice patterns and prepare questions for a clinician. It cannot replace the clinician.

If your doctor disagrees with something the Coach says, defer to your doctor. Bring the disagreement back to the conversation if you want the Coach to incorporate that guidance — still as a thinking partner, not as a second opinion.

3. Labs, wearables, and self-reported data

Lab values you import, wearable metrics from Google Health Connect or other sources, brain-training scores, and anything you log yourself are raw or lightly synthesized inputs. Seeing a number on a SuperAging screen does not mean that number has been clinically validated for you.

Wearable and consumer-device readings can drift, miss events, or disagree with a clinical instrument. Self-reported sleep, mood, meals, and training are only as good as the log. Third-party sources can be delayed, incomplete, or revised after the fact. SuperAging does not independently verify every incoming value against a medical record.

Do not start, stop, or change a medication, supplement, diet, or training program based solely on a SuperAging score, trend, Gauge result, or Coach reply. Take those questions to a qualified clinician who knows your history.

4. Always consult a qualified clinician

Talk with a licensed clinician before you make medical decisions, interpret lab results, change medications, start or stop supplements, or make a substantial change to diet or exercise — especially if you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or take prescription drugs.

You are welcome to print your Life Statement and take it to an appointment. The PDF is sized for a chart. Your clinician decides what, if anything, to do with it.

5. Emergencies

SuperAging is not an emergency service and is not monitored in real time for clinical events. If you think you are having a medical emergency — chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, severe injury, suicidal thoughts, or any other urgent situation — call your local emergency number immediately (911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not message the Coach, email support, or wait for a Life Statement.

6. No doctor–patient relationship

Using this website, creating an account, connecting data, reading a Life Statement, chatting with the AI Coach, or emailing our team does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or any other professional clinical relationship with Got-Data Inc., SuperAging.AI, or anyone who builds or operates the product.

Nothing on superaging.ai is a solicitation to form such a relationship. Communications you send us are product and support communications, not clinical encounters.

7. Accuracy limitations

We work hard to synthesize what you connect. We do not warrant that scores, trends, Coach replies, or Gauge illustrations are complete, current, or free of error. Models can be wrong. Aggregations can hide important context. A “normal-looking” month can still hide a problem a clinician would catch — and an alarming-looking trend can be noise, a bad night of sensor data, or a lab drawn out of range.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” as described in the Terms of Service. Do not rely on SuperAging as your only view of your health.

8. Privacy and HIPAA

We treat health-adjacent data carefully and follow HIPAA-aligned practices described on our Research & Compliance page and in the Privacy Policy. We are not a HIPAA covered entity, and SuperAging is not a substitute for a medical-records system or a patient portal.

Connecting a data source or chatting with the Coach is not the same as sharing information with your doctor under a treatment relationship.

9. Other terms

Use of SuperAging.AI is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Those documents cover eligibility, acceptable use, billing, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and how we handle your data.
