Terms of Service

The agreement between you and SuperAging.AI. Read it once, keep it on file.

The very short version. SuperAging.AI is an informational wellness service, not medical care. Don't make health decisions based solely on what the Coach says. Use it well, treat the data responsibly, and we'll do the same.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, using superaging.ai, or accessing any feature, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

SuperAging.AI provides software that aggregates health-adjacent data from sources you connect (Google Health Connect, Labcorp, brain-training apps, your own logs), produces a monthly Life Statement, and offers an AI Coach you can chat with about the contents.

Features, pricing, and availability may change. We'll give you reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

  • Provide accurate information when you sign up.
  • Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One person per account. Don't share credentials.

5. Health information disclaimer

This is the important one. SuperAging.AI is for informational and wellness purposes only. We are not a healthcare provider. The AI Coach is not a doctor, dietitian, therapist, or any other licensed clinician. Statements, suggestions, scores, and trend interpretations are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician before making medical decisions, starting or stopping medications, changing diet substantially, or interpreting lab results. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate laws or others' rights
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or models
  • Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe security
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm anyone
  • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent
  • Submit data about other people without their consent

7. Intellectual property

SuperAging.AI owns the software, design, brand, AI prompts, and all original content we produce. You own the personal data you provide and the data we receive from sources you authorize. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Sample documents, the Life Statement template, and the Coach's output you generate are yours to keep, print, share with your doctor, etc.

8. Subscriptions & billing

  • SuperAging Trial offers Premium features for a limited introductory period; billing converts to the paid Premium plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. See Membership pricing for current terms.
  • Paid tiers bill monthly or annually as selected. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing on renewal; we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERAGING.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperAging.AI for claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction. You may bring claims only on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
