Rules you set once. Kept every month.

Your health, your wealth, and your learning each follow a rhythm. Life Rules turn that rhythm into clear, written rules that are checked on your monthly Life Statement, the same way every time, with you in charge of anything that matters.

How it works

Four steps, the same way every month.

  1. Signals

Your watch or ring, your accounts, and your learning progress feed your data layer.

  2. Rules

Each rule is written in advance in plain language, and you can see every one.

  3. Monthly Life Statement

Once a month, every rule is checked against the same month of data.

  4. You approve

Anything that changes a plan or moves money waits for you or your advisor.

Three pillars

Health, wealth, and learning.

Health

HLT-RHR-01 v1

When your monthly resting heart rate average runs above your own three-month baseline

Your Coach adjusts next month's plan and suggests a check-in if it continues

Approval None

HLT-SLEEP-02 v1

When your sleep has slipped two months in a row

Your recommendations change, and they change back once you recover

Approval None

HLT-DATA-01 v1

When a month has too few days of data for a measure

That measure is set aside for the month and your statement says so, so missing data never looks like decline

Approval None

Wealth

WLT-ENROLL-01 v1

When a Medicare enrollment window or a required distribution is coming up

It appears on your statement months ahead, and your advisor is notified

Approval Advisor

WLT-LIFE-01 v1

When you record a life event, such as a marriage, a loss, or a new grandchild

A beneficiary review is added to your advisor's list

Approval Advisor

WLT-TRUST-01 v1

When a milestone in a family trust arrives

The trustee is alerted with the provision and the facts attached, for their decision

Approval Trustee

WLT-DRIFT-01 v1

When your investment mix moves outside the range you set with your advisor

Your advisor is notified to review it with you

Approval Advisor

SPD-RECUR-01 v1

When a recurring charge goes unused for 90 days

It's listed on your statement for you to keep or cancel

Approval Member

Learning

LRN-NEXT-01 v1

When you finish a module

The next one opens, matched to your pace

Approval None

LRN-NOVEL-01 v1

When your cognitive activity scores level off for a few months

Your Coach introduces a new kind of challenge, because novelty builds reserve

Approval None

LRN-TRUST-01 v1

When a family trust ties a gift to an education milestone

Completion is verified and sent to the trustee for approval

How Life Rules stay trustworthy

  1. Same facts, same result.

Rules are written in advance and checked the same way every time. Nothing is decided on a whim.

  2. You stay in charge.

Anything that moves money or changes a plan waits for your approval, or your advisor's.

  3. Every step is recorded.

Each rule that fires appears in your monthly Life Statement: what happened, which data it saw, and who approved it.

  4. Your health data never moves your money.

Health signals can start a conversation. They never trigger a financial or legal action on their own.

Why monthly

A month of data smooths out a restless night, a trip, or a loose watch band. Checking once a month means fewer false alarms and a single, consistent picture of your health, wealth, and learning, all as of the same date.

Wondering why a rule fired? Ask Gauge. It will show you the rule, the month of data it looked at, and what happened next.

How these scores work

  • Each score is calculated from fixed, published components and weights. The same data always produces the same score, and every statement shows which score model version was used.
  • The Investment Score measures how your portfolio is structured compared with your own plan. Market ups and downs don't move it.
  • The Spending Score measures how your spending and withdrawals line up with your plan, and whether anything unusual appeared in your accounts.
  • Your health data never affects your Investment or Spending Scores, and your financial data never affects your Health Score.
  • If data for a score is more than 60 days old, that score isn't calculated for the month.
  • Connected accounts are read-only. SuperAging.AI cannot move money.
  • These scores describe how your money is organized and used. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Talk with your advisor before making changes.

FAQ

What does "deterministic" mean?

It means the same facts always produce the same result. Life Rules are written in advance and checked by fixed logic, not by guesswork, so you can always see why something happened.

Does AI decide what happens to my money?

No. AI helps write clear explanations and coaching suggestions. Rules are checked by fixed logic, and anything involving money waits for you or your advisor.

Can my health data affect my finances?

No. Health signals can prompt a conversation or a check-in. They never trigger a financial or legal action.

Is this medical advice?

No. Life Rules offer coaching and reminders, not diagnosis or treatment. Talk with your doctor about any health concern.

Can I see every rule?

Yes. Every rule is written in plain language, and every rule that fires is listed on your monthly Life Statement.
